Certified Wellness Coaching through

National Academy of Sports Medicine 

The NASM Certified Wellness Coach guides and supports clients by meeting them where they are to identify roadblocks and co-create methods for improving wellness in areas of:

  • mental and emotional well-being

  • sleep

  • movement

  • recovery and regeneration, and

  • nutrition

.  As your coach, I will help you set goals and a vision through ongoing collaborative sessions.

Wellness Focused

 Wellness is essential to me, and I want to share the tools that can empower you to make better life choices. It's important to understand that wellness is a journey, not a destination. Along the way, there will be setbacks that may cause us to lose our way. I am here to help you unlock your potential and keep you moving forward.

 

I focus on five modules of wellness that I strive to keep balanced because they are all interconnected, much like the fascia that connects the muscles in your body. When there is an imbalance in one area, the entire structure suffers. My goal is to help individuals find time they didn't think they had, eat healthier when they believed it was impossible, and take the first steps toward improved movement and mood.
